IMPORTANT:  CCFOA ONLY houses cats.  If you are interested in dogs, please contact the Carbon County Shelter at 570.325.4828.  If you are looking to adopt a cat, please fill out and submit the forms located at the bottom of the following link:  https://ccfoa.info/our-pets/adopt-a-pet/.  It takes 48-72 hours to process adoption paperwork.  Visiting hours are from noon until 4pm.  Payment is by check or cash only.  Please call the shelter for additional specifics.

If you are contacting the shelter because your pet is missing, please call by phone for the fastest response.

If you are contacting the shelter to report animal cruelty, please contact Donna Crum with the Blue Mountain Animal Rescue Society at 610.703.6558. If Donna is unavailable, please contact your local police department for assistance.
