Donna Crum, (reports from July – Dec 2009) has received over 100 animal abuse, neglect and abandonment calls. Of those 100, 70 were legitimate and she has investigated every one. Some have been charged, others have made remarkable improvements on behalf of the animals and Donna continues to check on these animals.
